Do you only work with builders?
No. I'm a software developer and I build for other businesses too: quoting tools, customer records, client portals, dashboards and websites. The Job System is set up for builders and renovation firms. Custom work is priced in writing after a free call.
How long does it take?
7 to 10 days from when you send your onboarding. The date goes in writing before I start, and you hear early if anything moves.
I already have a website. Can I keep it?
Yes. Everything runs alongside your current site. The instant reply to website enquiries needs a site I built; everything else works with yours. If you'd rather have a new one, I rebuild it on your domain and point the old pages to the new ones, so you keep your place on Google.
What if I don't like the design?
You choose the look in your onboarding before I build anything, and you see it privately first and I change whatever you ask before it goes live. Nothing goes live until you're happy with it.
Can I just have a website?
Yes. Tell me on the call and I'll price it in writing. Most builders take the whole system, because the website brings the calls in and the system turns them into jobs. After your first three months, you can stop the monthly any month by email.
What else will I pay for?
A domain name if you don't have one, which is a small yearly cost. Hosting is free for most sites. Everything else, including the messages, is included.
Is there a cheaper yearly plan?
No. After your first three months it's one monthly fee, and you can stop any month. No contract to get stuck in.
Where is my website hosted?
On Cloudflare, one of the biggest and fastest hosts in the world. For most sites the hosting is free.
How do I pay?
The setup: half to start and half when it goes live, by card or bank transfer. It includes your first three months. After that, the monthly fee by card. Your prices are in writing before I start, and no VAT is added.
What if it doesn't win me any work?
If your monthly report shows no job won through the system in 90 days, I keep it running for free until it does. I can't promise how many jobs you'll win. I can make sure every call, enquiry and quote gets its chance, and show you what happened in the report.
How do quotes from a voice note work?
After the visit, you talk through the job for about a minute in your dashboard. AI writes the quote in your branding with your prices. You check it, change anything you want, and send it from your own email or WhatsApp. It goes on the chase list straight away.
Will the messages annoy my customers?
They only go to people who rang you, asked you for a quote, or agreed to hear from you. Three chases on a quote at most, then they stop. Nothing is ever sent to strangers.
Can you look at my current website first?
Yes. Send me the address and I'll record a free five-minute video: what works, what's costing you calls and what I'd change first. No call needed.
Where are you based?
I grew up near Manchester and I'm in Madrid until May 2027. I work with businesses anywhere by video call, and everything else happens in your dashboard.
Why "Doctor"?
